High performance transfer

An example of high productivity and low operating costs is our Transfer equipped with ten stations and fifteen work units, arranged on three sides: right, left and radial, designed for fittings and small parts with a maximum size of Gas 1/2 inch. and with minimum cycle times of 1.5 sec.

The Table, pressurized and driven by a Torque Motor (Direct-Drive) with position control by Encoder, guarantees high reliability and rotation speed (0.25 seconds), a fundamental element to guarantee very short cycle times. The modular construction allows us to consolidate experience, standardize and make the fundamental components of the machine increasingly reliable in the long term.
