The clamping system is integrated in the B-axis, driven by a torque motor, controlled in position by an absolute Encoder and locked with hydraulic brake. The resolution of the axis is 0.001G.
Once the piece is clamped, the clamp rotates thanks to the B-axis and allows accessibility to the ways that need to be machined in a single table turn.

MACHINE BED: monolithic structure particularly rigid. Designed with FEM (Finite Element methods).

ROTARY TABLE: horizontal axis with 9 stations, rotary system driven by Brushless Servomotor, locked with Hirth system and position control by directly connected encoder. 
All mechanical components are pressurized to ensure protection from machining debris.
