Depending on the configuration, the machines realize the superfinishing for the chip removal for brass, carbon steel, stainless, plastic materials spheres, etc.
The basic machine works spheres with a diameter of 2” ½ (maximum external ø 103mm). In option they can turn also larger diameters.
Modifying the configuration, you can obtain perfect spheres but also spheres with controlled roundness, keeping the requested characteristics of superfinishing.
TELESERVICE: systems of remote maintenance, tele diagnosis and remote control systems.
These machines, such as the DS2000 and DS2003, have evolved over time to work a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastics.
DS2000
Specific machine tool for brass and aluminum balls, capable of producing a surface finish with roughness lower than 0.1μm. It can produce perfect balls or with controlled ovality, maintaining high surface finish characteristics.
DS2003
Designed in response to the increased production of stainless steel ball valves.
