The Chrono machining Centre allows the machining of different pieces for each station or of a single piece with a cycle divided between the different stations.

The work stations, “B” Axes, are continuously rotating axes with a resolution of 0.001° of a degree. The movement is ensured by a torque motor controlled by a central encoder and the locking is performed by a hydraulic brake.

For machining with a turning tool, a work centre with a Recess Group, “U” Axis, with Capto C4 attachment and a maximum speed of 3000 rpm can be integrated.

The analysis of the working conditions and the materials used, allow the choice, among the spindles offered, of the one capable of optimising the technology used.

The dynamics of the linear axes, with a maximum speed of 60 m/1', and of the rotary axes are optimised.

The capacity of the tool magazines, with standard solutions, ranges from 54 to 90 tools. External magazines can be applied and can also be managed while the Machining Center is working.
