COMBYBAR T5-U4:

 

Multispindle for extruded bar of complex shape, extremely flexible for the lock, gas, automotive, etc. sector. Extremely compact flexible machine to produce parts starting from extruded bar of complex shape.

The spindles have speeds of 18.000 rpm. The machine was mainly designed for materials such as brass and aluminum. Polycrystalline or natural diamond tools are used and for light alloys it is possible to request the hydrostatic support option.

This machine tool has a high degree of flexibility because the following PICCHI standard modules are integrated in it:

  • Automatic walking beam step bar loader for extruded bars of different shapes 6 meters long
  • Integrated cutter
  • Tail and bar head unloading separated from the chip
  • Piece marking system
  • 3-axes machining centers model CLE 100*100*100/*ABS40
  • Automatic piece unloading
  • Tele-service: Systems of Remote maintenance and / or Tele diagnosis and / or remote control systems.
  • Predisposition according to the requirements of the “Industry 4.0”: Interconnection to the IT systems, monitoring of the work conditions and of the process parameters, adaptive control to the drifts of the process, etc.

The flexibility and versatility of the machine make it usable in various other application sectors.

The machine is equipped with probes for detecting the temperature of the external environment, inside the machine for the management of thermoregulation in order to improve its thermal stability. With the completed quick setup options, the production island can be retooled from 5 to 50 minutes.

The new construction solutions with HP "High performance & Low Maintenance" units which, in addition to guaranteeing optimal rigidity and precision characteristics, allow very limited maintenance interventions that are quick and simple to implement.
