COMBYBAR T16-U16:


Flexible double multi-spindle for no rotary bar for hydraulic fittings and other components.

Extremely compact machinery to produce details starting from an extruded bar not only circular or hexagonal, but also with complex forms.

Maximum dimension of the workable piece: Φ45xL120 mm.

This machine can be defined as the union of two single machines, which produce two pieces at the same time.
It has the high productivity of two machines but it has:

  • a space on the ground similar to a single machine
  • a cost not double but, depending on the configuration, an increase from 15% to 30% more than a single machine.

Inside it are integrated the following Picchi modules:

  • Double bar loader ( it loads two bars at the same time), configurable for bars with a length from 3 to 6 m
  • Double bar feeder
  • Double integrated cutter
  • Separator of bar tail and head
  • 6 drilling/tapping operating units UFME 125/40
  • 8 drilling/boring operating units UFE 125/40
  • 2 operating units with mechanical recess (in option electric) UFME 125/Rm
  • Unloading separated pieces
  • Tele-service: Systems of  Remote maintenance and / or Tele diagnosis and / or remote control systems.
  • Predisposition according to the requirements of the “Industry 4.0”: Interconnection to the IT systems, monitoring of the work conditions and of the process parameters, adaptive control to the drifts of the process, etc.

The machinery, thought for the fittings sector, has sufficiently flexibility to be used in other sectors such as electric connectors, etc.

In case of use of polycrystalline tools or tools in natural diamond for light alloys, it is possible to ask the hydrostatic sustenance option.

The machinery is equipped with probe to measure the external room temperature and the temperature inside the machine for the management of the thermoregulation, with the aim to improve the thermal stability of it.

The production island can be re-tooled in a time going from 5 to 50 minutes with the options of rapid and completed re-tooling.

The new constructive solutions with HPHigh performance and Low maintenance” units which, in addition to guarantee optimal characteristics of rigidity and precision, allow limited, easy and rapid maintenance interventions.

The Direct-drive rotary table allows to tear down the cycle times obtaining finished pieces also with complex geometries and machining, maintaining a high degree of precision.
