COMBYAX T6-U18

Extremely compact flexible cell able to produce items worked with 3 or 4-Axes numerical control machining centers. A typical use is for Faucets in CW511L material.

The pieces can be worked on the 5 faces.

The flexibility and the versatility of the machinery make it usable in different sectors such as: automotive, hydrosanitary, thermotechnic, oil-hydraulics etc.

Among the standard Picchi modules are installed:

N. 6 Stations
Main rotary table with Hirth clamping
B-Axis rotary clamping, which are controlled in continuous and are driven by a Torque Motor
N. 9 double-spindle machining centers for a total of 18 spindles

The “HP” option guarantees the maximum rigidity, precision and performances
The “Long Life” option keeps the performances unvaried over the time, as sleeve ware is avoid; the units are equipped with pressurization plant in order to avoid that the machining chips or the coolant come into contact with the bearings and the spindle.
