Extremely flexible transfer machine with various machining centers, designed for the production of complex parts that need to be worked on all faces.

The flexibility and versatility of the machinery, make it usable in various application sectors. It is particularly suitable for the production of parts in the gas sector, household appliance and valves.

 

Some of the distinctive features of the machine are:

  • Integration of anthropomorphic robots inside the machine, which allow the repositioning of the parts to be worked between the different processing phases (for example OP10 and OP20).
  • Despite the presence of 27 spindles, which work simultaneously, the machine is extremely compact. The machine body has an external diameter of less than 2.4 meters which ensures:

o maximum efficiency in cycle time.
o good thermal stability.
o easy access during the setup phase.

  • The "Long Life" option keeps performance unchanged over time as the sleeve wear is avoided; the units are equipped with a pressurization system to prevent machining chips or coolant from coming into contact with the bearings and the spindle.
